É um produto derivado do milho classificado como cristal pérola que pertence à espécie Zea mays, L. A matéria prima ao chegar na Indústria passa por um rigoroso controle de qualidade, sendo classificada e devidamente armazenada em silos próprios. O produto é obtido por escarificação/desgerminação automática ou manual, que compreende pelo seguinte processo: pré-limpeza, limpeza, despeliculação e desgerminação do grão, brunidura (polimento à pedra) e por fim a sutamento (ato de passar pela suta). Cada lote do produto é rigorosamente controlado, seguindo as normas do Ministério da Saúde, de forma a preservar a qualidade do produto.

It is a product derived from corn classified as pearl crystal that belongs to the species Zea mays, L. When the raw material arrives at the Industry, it undergoes a rigorous quality control, being classified and properly stored in its own silos. The product is obtained by automatic or manual scarification/degermination, which comprises the following process: pre-cleaning, cleaning, peeling and degermination of the grain, burnishing (stone polishing) and finally suture (passing through the sheet). Each batch of the product is strictly controlled, following the rules of the Ministry of Health, in order to preserve the quality of the product.
