Returns

You have 48 hours from your purchase to make a return, after that unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food or meat cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

The item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should inform us by email - support@brazuka.co.uk and send us your product to: Brazuka Meat, 413 North End Rd, London, SW6 1NS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@brazuka.co.uk and send your item to: Brazuka Meat, 413 North End Rd, London, SW6 1NS.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you by email of the return and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
